Brad Marsoobian, president, is a Triton certified technician/TASC Technician and has experience on NCR, Cross/Tranax, Diebold and Tidel ATM machines. He has been repairing ATM machines for over six years and covers the Central Valley in California. Our office is in Fresno, CA. which is in the middle of the state. This allows access to Northern and Southern California within a reasonable time frame. We pride ourselves on having built a business based on customer service, this includes a 24-hour service line for any questions or service.

With over 70 technicians we can cover all of California, Nevada and New Mexico as well as parts of Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Texas and Oklahoma. The fee schedule below is for all of the above areas.  In major metropolitan areas we have multiple technicians, providing even quicker response time.

We currently work with many of the nations leading ATM service companies and owners; including Cardtronics, Solvport, International Merchant Services, TRM/efunds, Automated Financial, ATM Merchant Systems, Cypress Advantage and many more.  We would love the opportunity to serve your business as well.

Pricing is as follows for all my services:

ATM installs $300.00 (extra fees only apply if travel is more than 5 hours from a technician)

ATM service calls for travel are billed at $40.00 per hour to and from the site.

ATM service calls are billed at $75.00 on site and are billed every half hour after the first hour.

If you prefer having flat rate billing your service calls would be billed at a flat rate of $195 per call instead of the hourly rates. This would include all travel and time on site. (Travel not to exceed 3 hours one way and 2 hours on site. Calls over 5 hours can be discussed before going. If on site time exceeds 2 hours for any reason outside of our control we will notify you of the issues at the site and bill at the normal $75 rate.)

Pricing is negotiable for projects and special events.
